played today and found the course to be in great condition for november greens fast and true, fairways a bit heavy but ok and all bunkers had been racked, winter deal £20 with food, anyone in the area should try it

saturday 23rd july 2010 golf society day with 18 lads had 9 holes bacon barms , 18 holes 2 course meal excellent service the course is one of the best i have played and very friendly staff make you feel welcome

A very picturesque course and some very enjoyable holes too. You don't get too punished for miss-hit drives but the fairways are well maintained, greens in good order and rough manageable. Bunkers can suprise you as there are a few where you don't expect them but I'm impressed with the course on a whole, well worth a round or two!

A Beauiful to play the views are fanastic.

always a pleasure to play this course, good condition throughout, from 1st to 18th.
with a good club house serving good food overlooking the 18th.

Great course and mature looking bearing in mind it’s not that old, fantastic elevated tees and undulating greens makes this a course for strategic thinking, par 5 to start will find you out if you haven’t warmed up.
Greens are well protected with good use of ponds and ditches and they are pretty quick too, fairways are well defined and in most places tree lined, back 9 is more scenic but tiring on the legs however this is a course you will come back to again.
They offer some great deals like £80 for a 4ball with buggies midweek and only £100 at weekend again with buggies

Pennant Park has a standard front nine with an outstanding back nine including some great views over the Dee estuary and Liverpool Bay. The 14th is one of the best driving holes you will ever play (even more spectacular than the 4th at Wallasey).
