Fantastic course
I have played this course on numerous occasions and had a fantastic day everytime.The course consists of average challenging holes through out and is exciting for all levels of player. You can have a serious game or a great day out relaxing and chipping along.
The view is stunning and is in my opinion the best course around the Durham and Cleveland area. The condition is always excellent as well.

Very Impressed
Visiting Family in the Local Area, Had a round at High Throston. Considering you can just turn up and play I was very pleasantly surprised with the course condition. The layout is very good which makes it a great scoring golf course. A challenging Par 3 up the hill is the only hole you have to think hard about. One very short Par 5 dog leg to the right, Driver and a short iron. Very impressed will 100% play again when visiting Family.(Round Played May 2017, Handicap +3.8. Score 67)

High throston
Great open spacious course plenty of hills to get some good exercise in, but suggest a buggie to get around and save some energy(Round played: Jun 2017 - Score: 96 Handicap: )

Course in great condition, some standing water but only to be expected given the rain in the last couple of days. Course harder in the wind, as there is some exposure, great coastal views.

Great course with some challenges here and there, one or two drive-able greens if your a hit hitter (6th and 15th) overall good green and condition

A course I really like and good value. Fairways in great condition, greens a little bobbly, but overall a great day out and a course worth playing.

Course still maturing, but is one of my favourite courses to play, and it's only £17. Great views over the coast, and in good condition, especially considering the rain the night before. Definitely worth a visit.

This place is excellent. It is so well looked after. The downside for some maybe there no 19th hole but who cares take sandwiches. You can still get drinks choc bars and crips if you want. I left home 5 weeks ago and have played my way around the UK. For 17 pound this is one of the best courses I've played on.

I found this course to be of excellent value for money. the course is well laid out and the fairways and greens in superb condition, I have played far worse for more money.

Saturday, sunshine, £20, what amazing value. The course and greens were excellent and as an 18 handicapper it was playable and enjoyable. Will play again and agan.

The course was excellent: scenic, well maintained, playable and all for just £20. Will be even better when club house facilities are completed. WILL be playing again.

£14 per round midweek on what is a very well presented course. Accuracy is the key to this course, as bunkers are everywhere.
