Flat, boring, greens poor, tee boxes terrible, lost interest after 5 or 6 holes. If you are new to golf then maybe it's ok because it's forgiving and not too long. More experience players will find it dull I'm sure. My course is The Warwickshire which is light years better and costs the same or less through teeofftimes!

Do not go near this dreadful course unless your h/cap is single figures. It is badly laid out with awful greens and far too much water and hazards. Probably the worst designed course I have ever played in over 25 years of golf. This is the sort of course that destroys your confidence. Even the practise putting green is like an ocean wave. Save your money and find a decent course to play.

Fairways were very good, but a lot of the greens were poor due bare patches. Driving range was very basic and not under cover, so when it rained I had to stand under a tree for shelter. Putting green was good and better than most of the greens.

Noisy Course , Traffic is very apparent , 10th hole , 14th & 15th are joke holes,.... Opening 9 are very good holes but only 12, 16 & 18 are decent on back nine. A holiday golf course, not for the golfing connoisseur. Over-priced.
