A challenging and picturesque golf course located in 200 acres of Buckinghamshire countryside. No expense has been spared in creating the eight lakes which provide some challenging shots to the greens and also supply irrigation water in case of a dry summer. The Penn Cross greens have already been recognised as some of the best in the country.

Location
Location: From London and Birmingham M40 Exit Junction 9, signposted Bicester A34, then go right at the roundabout towards Bicester. After 2 miles on the dual carriageway, go right at the roundabout on the A41 towards Aylebury. After about one mile, take the B4011 turnoff on the right heading towards Thame, and follow this road for about 4 miles. Turn right signposted Boarstall, and drive through Boarstalll village. You will find the Golf and Country Club on the left hand side.

course was lovely, the greens were quite poor though & you did not have a true roll, some of the holes were a real challenge & the greens were very up & down, so you have to hit the right part of the green

£20 coffee, bacon roll n golf excellent deal. clubhouse n staff excellent. greens not in the best condition, shame because it spoils very enjoyable facilities & very helpful staff.

off the back tees this is a challenging course - played on a bank holiday and was virtually empty. Greens were in good condition and the water hazards always in your mind. overall a good day out. don't be put off by the country lanes you have to go down to find it!!!

A challenging course with greens that run and roll away making putting more of a skill. Approach shots are good, this is definatley a course that will improve your game.

Interesting course, always found in great condition, friendly welcome. Definitely worth finding to play. Yes, its the course on the left on the hill where you can see a couple of holes - M40 southbound between Bicester and Thame.
