What the club says: The impeccable heathland 6,400 yard Harry Colt course is framed by towering pine trees, it's one of the best in Surrey. Celebrating its Centenary year the course is renowned for its mature fairways and subtle greens. From the moment you drive up the hill to the Clubhouse you are greeted with the towering pine trees. The hilly course offers some beautiful views; the tee require accuracy, even the short par 4's need careful thought! The big undulating greens and memorable 18th hole make it a good challenge. It's a course with lots of character, as one of the great Harry Colt's lesser mentioned pieces of golf course architecture, one for the connoisseur to truly appreciate.

Great Harry Colt track
Played well despite the wet weather and greens maintenance. Unfortunately no sausage rolls at the halfway hut but the cheese and bacon was very nice.Reviewer Rating

What a gem, played this course over the latter part of 2023 most courses were shut due to the wet weather but Camberley was open and held up really well! I can’t wait for the summer winding pine trees, class greens and really good hospitality will make this course and club hard to beat that said it’s challenging in places but can reward . Enjoy!!

Stunning
Traditional golf club, but incredibly friendly staff and a warm welcome.Amazing course with superb greens.
We played off the members tees which are the purples. This requires lots of long Carrie’s over heather etc to reach the fairways. The yellow tees are much friendlier.
The halfway hut was great with lovely sausage rolls.
The range is good but you need to bring your own balls and collect them afterwards. There are a couple of nets though.
It’s pricey, but this was a special occasion, so well worth it.

Lovely course, great condition, fast greens, some very memorable holes. Not the longest but all holes are challenging - lots of bunkers

Every hole is different
Played it for the 4th time. Every hole is different and brings its own challenge. I'm a 28 hcp so got lots of extra shots but despite it being tough I was able to enjoy it - I remembered most of the holes so that helped. The course was in fantastic condition, greens impossible lol! It's a parkland course (I think) - beautiful trees - and I love the 16th which plays over water. I hate a course with no water! Top 100 ?!?!
Probably because of it's reputation the course was very busy with societies and members alike but it was in reasonable condition despite the heavy traffic that it seems to attract.It was let down a bit from some very short holes which I think was a result of the new and very impressive clubhouse.

Utterly Superb
This is a great golf course. Don't take it on if you're not sure of your game though, it will chew you up and spit you out.Fantastic greens, not a remotely boring hole on it. It's a top 100 course for good reason.

Superb condition
Really lovely course in superb nick. Greens are like carpets, but quick as any I've played this year. Heather is punishing, no easy shots out of that stuff. It's a real pleasure just to walk round. Wind played a major part on out round. Mostly with us on the way out, but oh boy on the back nine, with it in our faces most of the way it made it very, very difficult. Clubhouse not yet open, but have eaten here before and know it's very good.(Round played: Jul 2020 - Score: 93 Handicap: 11.6)

Excellent
Played in nice weather early morning, we were a 2 ball behind a 4 ball who kindly played us through, Course was in superb condition and pace of play was excellent.(Round played: Jun 2020 - Score: 88 Handicap: 17.2)
