Burnham-on-Crouch Golf Club
The 18 hole, par 70 (72 for ladies) course is set amidst 120 acres of open countryside with panoramic river views from all parts of the course. Although a parkland course, its proximity to the river gives some holes a "links feel", and offers a challenge to players of all abilities. Contact Information

Was a little bit disappointed when playing this course as the normal price for a round during the week is £40.00 so i expected a lot, but the course was nothing special. Its a fairly short course especially the front nine, if you happen to go on a calm day you should easily hit your handicap, although if you have a windy day like we had then its a lot harder. The greens are quite good and undulating, but we play many golf courses in Essex that are a lot better and at least £15.00 to £20.00 cheaper, if you are going to spend £40.00 on a golf course my advice would be Abridge or Cannons Brook but to be honest we play a course called Top Meadow during the week for £16.00 + breakfast and i would say its at least as good if not better than Burnham on Crouch
