A real hidden gem.
Superb course which has been sensitively improved over the last 10 years or so and it has never been in such good condition.

Spectacular course. Improved significantly over the last few years with nearly all the bunkers replaced.Totally unspoilt and very well maintained.
In my opinion, the 4th is the signature hole but many other really strong holes.

Played the course on June 12th.
Club is managed by Volunteers who were very welcoming to my group.
There has been a complete change of Greenkeeping staff at the Club over the last 12 months and they are led by a very experienced Course Manager.
The course is in superb condition with the greens the best I have played for a long time.
The course has real character and my golf was only interrupted by the resident skylarks!
Amazing views the equal of anywhere in the World.
Really enjoyed the peaceful location and the superb greens.
Very good value for money with offers available on their efficient online BRS tee booking system.
I understand many groups have been returning to the Club every year for more than 25 years - we intend to be one of them!

I understand the course was recently rated by Golf Monthly as one of the best 100 hidden gems in the UK and I would certainly agree with that.
Traditional greens are in excellent condition and obviously expertly maintained.
Challenging and interesting course - you will do well to play to your handicap here!
Great to see a 100 year old traditional Club mainly run by volunteers with the members being very welcoming.
Best beer I have had in Wales lovingly cared for by Alun who I'm told has more than 30 years experience in the licensing trade!
Carole in the professional shop is an absolute star and arranged our food at very short notice.
Winter offer of £50 for a fourball - incredible value for money.
Aberystwyth, with its highly regarded University and famed for its nightlife, is by far the largest Town in mid Wales and has a lot to offer.

Excellent course with fantastic views. Course is fairly testing but playable for all. Well kept and maintained and a fair few weeks so plan for a trolley or even a buggy. Well worth a visit.\\Played Sep 2018Reviewer Rating
