Well maintained and laid out. Easy to trolley or carry if you don't want to pay 30 Euros for a buggy. Probably not challenging enough for low handicappers but a decent test for mids and highs. Two of the par fives reachable in two even for modest hitters. Not much water in direct play, but wall sided channels and steep roll offs mean that if you go in, you stay in. 11th a very testing par three about 180 yards slightly uphill to a sloping green with bunkers right and water left. Par four 17th a really excellent hole that needs a good drive and a courageous second over a stream and onto a green that slopes steeply back towards the fairway and creates optical illusions from the point of the second shot - eg you think you're pin high but when you clamber up to the green you are actually forty feet above it facing a ghastly downhiller that is easy to three putt. Staff are friendly and there are good deals for Kaya hotel guests. Greens are a strange mix of grass and sand but are true enough and on the quick side. No ball washers at any of the tees, which is odd these days. Staff friendly and it's generally a relaxed place. Nice modern clubhouse, a driving range and two practise putting greens. Three rounds in four days at the beginning of their low season starting 1 June. No delays and completed in under four hours every time. All in all a very pleasant course.
