The course itself has been around for a long time and so beenfits from a mature layout with several testing holes. Just recently developers have begun building apartments etc. around the course so giving it a more resort feel - but I doubt this will damage the course set-up in the long run. The Course and facilities need a bit more care and attention but I'm sure this will come once the development is finished.

Nice-ish course. Buggy tracks were a bit tired, greens ok, fairways ok. a bit boggy in places, a lot of development happening in this area, so you'll have to contend with heavy vehicles running next to fairways. Personnal though, i reckon in a couple of years, if the investment gets put into the club, it could be a real gem. Nice friendly staff, nice club house. One to watch.

Not a bad course, needs some investment though, which judging by the amount of development going on, won't be far off.
Course suffers a bit from the heavy construction traffic, some drainage problems and looks a bit tired in places... Having said that, the staff are friendly, the club house is nice and the prices are ideal.
I reckon in 3-5 years, and hopefully with the investment it needs this course could become a little gem!
Worth playing when your over there, but play it before the likes of Flamingos and Los Naranjos or you might be a bit down hearted otherwise.
