What the club says: La Sella Golf Course is surrounded by the Natural Park of Montgó, a Mediterranean forest we respect, that is why we have the quality certificate ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 for environmental management.Our irrigation systems use recycled sewage and organic products are employed in the maintenance of the golf course.We distinguish our three 9 holes courses by three different colours and local winds.
Llebeig.

The first 9 holes are oriented towards the South. In valencian language, this name is the warm wind from the Sahara, which causes tropical and dry air masses. These holes, running between huge masses of pine are characterized by its scenic beauty with spectacular views of the natural park of Montgó. Technically difficult this is a varied course where the player will have to use almost all clubs.
Gregal.

The second 9 holes lead eastwards and owes its name to ancient times where this wind was used by ships to go to Greece. Located in a more flat land, this course adds more presence of water to the game and with the last holes of the golf course designed to be decisive for the score.
Mestral.

Coming from the North, this cold wind, feared by farmers, allocates the new 9 holes. Three pairs 3, 4 and 5, situated in a higher area than most other holes of the course, these holes offer a spectacular view on the sea, the Segaria mountain and the natural park of Montgó. With wider fairways and large Greens, this course is designed to enjoy golf in full nature.

The main course is nicely maintained with a good interesting layout. Excellent greens and you need to plan out how to play each hole. The new nine hole course they\'ve tacked onto the development is pretty awful. The fairways/greens are in good condition but generally its very boring, straight up and down, no rough, no trees, no character and basically a total joke that they charge 75 Euros for a round that includes these holes. I only played them because the other 9 on the main facility is closed. I\'ve played better public parks courses in the UK for £15 let alone the price these people are charging. So many better courses in the area - you can play a full 18 at La Galiana for the price these people want for nine holes. Avoid it.

We played our first 9 holes on the original course and then got moved to the new 9 which have to be the worst 9 holes I have ever played. No comparison to the original course so if you go to play insist on 18 holes on the original course. My ratings are for the new 9.

Course was very nice with some fabulous holes, only downside was the slightly poor greens

Th club is in Denia, Alicante. The greens are still poorly maintained and full of pitch marks. At Euro 75 for a round it is not good value. The staff were however friendly and courteous.

I have a home on this course (a Marriott resort) but dont let that fool you - the conditional is mostly poor and the green fees are outrageous given the dreadful conditions. Also the conduct of many (NOT ALL) of the Europeans members leaves a lot to be desired, the green keepers have their work cut out protecting these greens where pitch mark repairers are clearly a rarity
