The Omaha Beach Golf Club was founded in 1985 by Guy Dupont and was designed by the famous golf architect, Yves Bureau who designed many golf courses in France and Egypt.
It offers three 9-hole courses : "The Sea", with its 6th hole overlooking the English Channel at the charming fishing port of Port en Bessin ; "The Pond" quite challenging, and for the more experienced golfer ; "The Hedgerow" featuring shades of different greens and rhododendrons. Book a Tee Time

Great coures this is the fourth or fith time we have played it and it does not get any easier with a brute of an 18th!!!! Buggies are a must as its a long way between greens to tees the bunkers are in a poor state but hopefully this is because of the heavy rain in April

Brilliant course let down by state of the bunkers.Well worth a visit if in Normandy.Le Manoir course comes with a buggy which is essential !

Great course great weather pity about the state of the bunkers!!!!

Disappointing - whilst there are undoubtedly some excellent holes the whole package is oversold. Dont walk, as whilst the course is not overly long, walks between holes are. There are better courses in Normandy in my opinion eg Champ De Bataille. The clubhouse is excellent until 7 of us tried to get a meal at 5.30 - no chance!!

Having been going over to France and this course was always on the tour until 2 years ago when it became very expensive. There are three nine hole courses which are all excellent and give quite a challenge. Buggy is essential unless you like walking
