Built on around 100 hectares of sprawling waterways and bordered by hills lush with a wide variety of flowers, shrubs and trees, Le Golf Parc Nantilly is as beautiful as it is demanding. The former personal course of the late press magnate Robert Hersant, 15,000 trees were planted in its creation including Sequoias, Douglas firs and Gingkoes which help contribute to some absolutely stunning views, especially in Autumn. Designed by Ronald Fream, this American-style layout features generous fairways which give plenty of room to play around the water obstacles, of which there are many. The greens are very large and some have several plateaus making long putting quite tricky. The addition of several island greens makes the course look even prettier, however they might not lead to such a pretty scorecard!Book a Tee Time

Agree with the previous comment-but can't wait to go back again. The water holes are challenging but enjoyable (managed a birdie on a par 3 island hole).
Be warned buggies are compulsory-due to distance from some greens to next tee and also to go around lakes. Wide comfortable fairways.
Make sure you go onto the practice green before you play-it may help on the multi level greens.
Club house small and cosy but welcoming.
