Long, tough - parkland course with water and deep bunkers. Not impossible - greens are solid rather than lightning and the rough is kept down but it will test you. Perhaps just a little light on character...

Played for the first and possibly last time on Sunday. 5.5 hours for a round!

The course itself was very challenging but just far too busy to be enjoyable.

Played here in winter using their DE VERE vouchers. Excellent course with variety of hazards but largely spoiled by having to concentrate on avoiding the omnipresent bird droppings EVERY WHERE on the fairways. The air equipment was not working when needed for cleaning off the mud. Free drinks and biscuits at the foyer.

Course good but drinks too expensive at the bar. 2 drinks were almost Â£10!!

Played the GTour event here on Saturday 16th April.

Really like the course, but a practice round would have saved me a few shots!

Tees, fairways, bunkers and greens were in a good condition.

Good practice facilities, although the practice chipping green had long grass on it so you could not compare it with what would happen on the course.

Well worth a visit if you are in the area.

Liked the course a lot. Quite long which suited me and huge greens. big bunkers and plenty of them. Quite a lot of water too.

The only thing with De Vere courses are the quality of the greens I just don't think they are good enough for a championship standard course and the greens at Wokefield Park were bumpy,some were slow and nothing like the practice green, others quick.

Still enjoyed playing here though and would recommend it.

Greens are great and quick. Fairways need a bit of rain though. Tough course but easier if you know where to hit it off the tee. Lots of hidden bunkers.

The Greens are now in excellent nick and are running true. They have been bad for a couple of years but there has been lots of work on them and over the last month they have started to come in to their own.

the course could be excellent but for one BIG problem the greens are the worst i have ever played on. and talking to some members they agree that they are bad and have been complaining about them for 2 years.
not going back and you should think twice.

The course is in excellent condition, both fairways and greens, considering the wet winter we have had. Very demanding in poor weather as it is very open, but a very nice course.
