Greens not bad although 17th gur along the back edge. Fairways a bit bumpy with erratic bounces. Paths to next tees really bad. A good sturdy trolley needed or you'll loose a wheel.

Previously played and vowed not to return. Unfortunately played here again this weekend. Richard - the pro - has certainly not changed his attitude. Still rude and certainly not what a club needs to promote itself. The course is below average on maintenance. No marshall to chase up slow play so our round took five hours. As a result one struggles to stay in a rythum. Bar prices expensive - £12 for 2 beers and a gin/tonic. Change rooms shabby. A real pity as this club has good potential to improve.

Course still very wet from adverse winter. some temp greens, some tee mats. Lots of broken or missing things like distance marker posts. Tee markers, mat rubber tees, bins, benches, TV in pro shop (for several months) and the driving range has been destroyed by wind. The shame is that no-one seems to care.

Played a round the day after some rain, went to the pro shop and paid, got to the course to find that there were 6 tempory greens, that would of been fine but was not told about them when I paid for the round. The playable greens were far from true. I accept the weather can play havoc with maintanance, but not to be told of temporary greens and to pay full price was a little dissapointing!! (played Nov 11th 2013 score 85.... handicap 14)

Worth a visit but wait for Summer.

Struggling in the winter. Very very wet in places, some winter greens and tees. Some of the mats/temporary tees aren't even level. Signage for new players still needs improving.
