Cheap and cheerful. Some nice looking holes but it does need to be looked after better; you get what you pay for £12.20 for 18 holes on a Saturday. Worth a round if you can't get on anywhere else. The bar was closed at 4pm on a Saturday which was a shame.

My Local Municipal, great for practice £8.70 twilight.
Awkward par 3's and quite a steep test, some vey uphill holes.
Hole 7 Dogleg uphill left, is a beaut and 8 is the best hole on the course, better maintainace needed though.
Could be a great 9 holer if a private organisation took over.

This course has improved over recent weeks with more attention with grass cut regular, greens were a little bobbly though as the grass could have been a bit shorter. Teeing off mats appears to be a bit premature.

The course is a challenge, it is improving slowly. The bunkers are being attended to. The best hole is the 7th/16th almost a 90 degree angle from tee to pin. It will take a big drive to clear the rough over the trees but the trees can be cleared, is it worth loosing a ball?

It doesnt look pretty and it is not in perfect shape but it plays nice. Couple of great holes. Especially the 8th where the green is carved into a step hill. Intresting approach shot is required. All in all the course is not really easy on the eye but plays nice. 8/10
