i've played this course a couple of times and must say its well worth a visit, quite a long course but fairways and greens are spot on, the only negative i could say is that the hitting range is only suitable for irons, I played there one week and they had the jamega golf tour on that weekend, so if its good enough for them its good enough for me

Played on a saturday afternoon for just £16 a real bargain for a Saturday, course is traditionally quite wet and it was muddy in parts and the greens were fairly bobbly, saying that the course is varied and interesting and well worth the money with good facilities.

If you are looking for a good course not over priced then play here, although mushy in parts and greens that are patchy depending on season, you will still enjoy the round, never used facilities after my game. For a real test try Shrigley Hall GC 10 mins away! now if you shoot under 93 you have played well! need a buggy for that course though! very long

Great place for all sports / facilities,this course plays long exccelent condition grass could be shorter in places, you have to be a good accurate ball striker to score well on this track its has an endless amount of bunkers.A great challenge for high handicappers .

Delightful layout and a good challenge. Played in continuous, light drizzle and had the course to ourselves! Greens were in pretty good condition considering the time of year and the weather. Played for the first time and was caught out a few times by hidden hazards (poor course management on my behalf...). Staff very friendly, not like a traditional golf club and more like a resort feel - not in a negative way, very refreshing.
Considering joining until the end of March (trial deal offered by the club).

very good course - a typical dave thomas track, very challenging but fair, damp in places when we played but well looked after although some greens patchy - great design though - we played twighlight when you can play for £15 - fantastic value
