Excellent Customer Service
My husband and I played this course in June. I would say this course was ideal for both the high and low handicapper. The course was in excellent condition, the rough was quite punishing but not too punishing and the greens were quick and immaculate, even the sand in the bunkers were just right (not that you want to be in a bunker in the first place). The pace of play was acceptable and we were even let through by the members. Would highly recommend a visit to this course. There was only one slight disappointed as we collect club ball markers and they did not have any at the time. Lester, in the pro shop promised he would send one to me as soon as they came in (I have heard that a few times and it never happens). I did offer to leave him the money for a ball marker but he refused. He was true to his word, not only did he send a poker chip ball marker, he sent a pitch repair with a ball marker in it and a tee bag. What a lovely gesture, not often seen anymore! A big thank you to Torquay Golf ClubReviewer Rating
