Facilities: Driving range, Golf buggies for hire, Golf pro shop, Changing rooms, Golf clubhouse, Bar, Food available, Accommodation available, golf course.
Location: Leave the M25 at Junction 29 (A127). Take the A127 towards Southend to the B186, (only 200 yards). Turn right at the top of the slip road towards Upminster. Follow for approximately 2 miles to a mini roundabout. Turn left towards North Ockendon. Follow this road for approximately 2 miles. The 1st road on the left is Fen Lane. Top Meadow Golf Club is 500 yards down Fen Lane on the right.

What the club says: Top Meadow Golf club was established in 1985 and has matured to a great parkland course.
Great value for money, even in October fairways and green are in good condition.
Nice course some tricky holes would play again and good value.
Good course and not too busy at peak time, tough back nine, buggy needed

was stuck behind 3 buggys with only 4 golfers playing
2 golfers using 1 buggy
2 golfers pulling trollys
2 people in two buggys with no golf clubs on
constantly leaving the buggys in front of greens while the golfers teed of on next hole
never played course before no directions to next hole some blind tee shots
average condition fairways
green rock hard no stopping ball
tees poor in places
fees good but hire buggy lots of walking sometimes between tees
very good golf course some challenging holes , we got stuck behind a a slow fourball which made play a little slow but that can't be helped but other than that found it great value for money
Lovely setting. Greens are in good nick and so is the course as a whole, great value for money also

top meadow is a very challinging course.it has everything from doglegs to water and green higher on hills.
