Golf course review of Cranham Golf Course

Played Bank Holiday Monday 3rd May in three ball at 0630 (1st tee time). Cost £20

Short course at 4861yds of yellow and hence only par/sss 67 but excellent condition and some testing holes

Generally quite open but a fair amount of water and strategically placed bunkers. Like many courses the bunkers could do with more sand. Fairways and greens excellent.

Didn't use facilities much but had small clubhouse where I think you could get snaks and coffee.

Par 3 18th with sleepered island green is the signature hole.

M25 and railway quite close by so a little noisy but doesn't bother me.

Overall a very nice course and a great course to hone your short game and to boost the confidence as it is forgiving enough to allow good scores to be posted.

Golf course review of Cranham Golf Course

A must for all players with limited distance, good open course always in good shape. my only grumble is that in the summer months its very hard to play direct to the green without the ball rolling off.
