Unbelievable links course, beautiful scenery. Front 9 playing extremely tough running along the cliff face with a strong cross wind.

Good test when the wind blows
I played in a pairs competition in what I thought was windy conditions at this course on the East Anglian coast. When playing into the offshore breeze the first nine holes were a real test of both golf and temperament. However, despite the wind the course was excellent with breath-taking views from the high points on the course. I shall be back.Reviewer Rating

My first time at Sheringham. Fairways, bunkers and greens were in excellent condition. Views were stunning from almost every hole. A coastal course but not links. Greeting from the pro in the shop and members on the course was very friendly. Highly recommended.

I took a party of 14 to play here last weekend. We are a mixed group hcps 6-28 and we had a fantastic day's golf. The wind was kind to us which, as with any links, made the course easier but we were made to feel very welcome even on a Saturday and the course was in fantastic condition. Some of the views are stunning and the 3-7th are as picturesque as any you will play, the 5th is a truly great golf hole. Hugely recommended.

Fantastic Links golf course with a stretch of holes on the sea side that are as picturesque as any you will see. A good test of golf, would hate to play it on a really blustery day as that would be tough. Played in their Open earlier this year and have already planned to return next year

Great example of cliff top golf. Holes sweep up and down the coast and the wind provides the challenge. Course very well maintained and greens run smooth and true. Steam train adds extra distraction, especially on hole 17 named 'What Train'!

Really testing course in the wind and there were a variety of different styles of hole throughout the 18. Would love to play again soon .
