What the club says: Romiley Golf Club is one of the finest golf courses in the Greater Manchester area. This par 71 parkland course measures 6412 yards and is situated on the edge of the Derbyshire hills. Designed in the traditional two loops of nine holes finishing at the Clubhouse the course provides a good test of golf with a number of outstanding holes.

Great course worth playing
Second time playing Romiley GC in one of their well run open competitions. Friendly welcome at clubhouse. Good practice facilities. Course in good condition considering the recent hot weather, greens true and a joy to putt on. Nice walk around a few ups and downs but not too hard on the old legs. Worth a round in anyone's books this one.Reviewer Rating

Faultless AND Great food
We visited Romiley on our Rabbits' Captains Away Day on Sunday 17/7 and we were bowled over with the friendliness and professionalism displayed by the Club .... from the 'meet & greet' to the post-match three course meal, everything was excellent. It had a real 'family' feel to it around the Sunday evening and I feel we will definitely be back at some point in the future. Thank you to all concerned for a brilliant day !!! Great course worth playing
First time playing Romiley GC and was impressed from start to finish. Great welcome at clubhouse and pro shop. Very tasty breakfast. Excellent practice facilities. Course in superb condition, greens very true if a touch slow but very nice to putt on. Some nice looking holes, especially par 3 11th. Nice walk around with some slight inclines. Great Course
Friendly reception, their terrace is a real sun trap. The course is trick but well laid out out with interesting holes.(Round played: Aug 2021 - Score: 96 Handicap: 20.8)

Quality course, wonderfully welcoming.
This is the first time I have played this course and what a great course I have been missing. The course is well set out, has welcoming members, the course is really well looked after and super greens.(Round played: Jun 2017 - Score: 84 Handicap: 18.5)
