Well laid out course with a good mixture of holes. The two par 5s on the front nine might be a bit daunting for a beginner with the first having a sizeable pond to cross and the second dog legging right then left. A number of other holes have water hazards but less directly in play. Large greens which were a bit bumpy due to recent spiking but looked as if they would play well once the aeration had settled down.
