It truly is a great links with plenty of gorse and pot bunkers. Some holes allow you to throw the ball right up to the green whereas others require precise pitch and run shots - a great test of golf Holes: 18 Yards: 6995 Par: 71 Type: Links The New Course Converted into 18 holes in 1979 by the late Sir Henry Cotton, the New Course is also a stern test of golf. Many of the holes run alongside the Old Course's holes and although it isn't as long, its tighter fairways and smaller greens make it an examining challenge. Golf course review of Moray Golf Club

Fantastic day, fantastic golf course. Played the new course in the morning and old course in the afternoon with my son on a crisp clear Scottish day. Had lunch in between times in the clubhouse and food & service was excellant. A must course to play when up in that area.

Golf course review of Moray Golf Club

Played both new & old (old slighty better). Both excellent and true test of links with some gorse thrown in. Only sour point was the continual cycling of jet fighters overhead - so best to get some local advice and check when the quiet times are.
