Limerick County Golf Club is an 18 Hole Championship Standard Golf Course(5,876 metres off the back tee) with 18 sand-based greens and tees all built to US PGA standards. View our excellent greenfee rates. Co-designed by Irish Ryder Cup Player Des Smyth and Irish Amateur International Declan Brannigan the course was opened for play in 1994.
In 2004 Declan Brannigan was invited to review the overall layout and recommended the redesigning of 5 holes. Location: Coming from Shannon Airport you take the Limerick City road. Drive straight through Limerick City and onto the Tipperary Roundabout. On the second roundabout take the 1st left. Keep driving straight until you reach Ballyneety village. The Golf Course is located on the right immediately after the village.

this course is experinceing a few problems with owership and shareholders,last year conditions where great ,now due to the mentioned above ,course is not up to strach ,with burnt picth marked greans,and grass not properly cut also bunkers need to be badly maintained.
