Good course to play
The course is well laid out and has some very interesting holes. There are a few holes which are quite hilly. On the day I played, the greens were a little slow & the fairways were a little long (suggesting that a grass cut was needed throughout the course). Overall, I enjoyed playing this course as did my two other playing partners.(Round played: May 2019 - Score: 99 Handicap: 27.9)

Tricky and quite long
Undulating, twisty and quite long. If you are errant off the tee you will lose balls. Challenging course with decent facilities - not bad value for moneyReviewer Rating

Course to be expected for time of year. Like most courses , this one is just getting over the poor weather. A good layout with interesting holes.

Worth Playing
Course is getting better now its drying out. still poor in bunker as there is no or very little sand. Play in afternoon as the course is empty, everybody wanting to play in mornings.(Round played: May 2018 - Score: 90 Handicap: 18)

grange park
very wet and slippy on the day i visited,quite a hilly course, not one for wet and rainy conditions(Round played: Jan 2018 - Score: 132 Handicap: 28)

Local Course nice day
Booked the wrong course by accident, but they generously let me jump in as playing solo, flew round the front 9 which had been reserved from the back 9 some long and tricky holes. The back nine started well but found the back end of the seniors competion day some great players but slow! so not a bad round but could have been even better. Should have took a trolly and picnic

The grange could be a fantastic course, however the club seem to want to generate money via the function and food side, not golf! Resulting in a good course kept in average condition, having played last year it is clear standards have dropped, greens very poor for late summer. Some brilliant holes and worth a visit, but not if you pay full visitor price, look for an early twilight or teeofftimes/golfnow special rate to get value for money!
