Only two buggies which were petrol and ran like tractors you are best walking. Other than that the course is good and the staff friendly.only had bacon roll & coffee so cannot say anything about the meals. I would play this course again but in the summer.

Nice course to play on. The ground staff look like they do a great job in keeping the course up to a very good standard. There are a few of the holes that you have to play blind because of the parkland status with lots of hills to add to the fun.

Played slightly shorter that the yellow marks, but still a good course with plenty to offer the golfer. Sloping greens and makes strategy key.

Lovely Parkland Course

Relatively short with just one par five, Forfar is a course well worth playing if in the area. Some holes are in close proximity so stay alert in case of wayward shots from elsewhere. The fairways are very rutted in places, which can often punish what might at first appear to be a perfect dive.

Lovely compact course. Not overly long but need to think your way round this one. Fairway bunkers placed to catch some drives if slightly off line. Greens played very true. Didn't use catering or clubhouse on this visit, hence neutral marks. Some signs of recent wet weather having adverse effect in a few areas but generally playing line was in good condition. Used an offer available for local clubs so good value. Suggest biggest compliment is to say that I will be back to give this another go !!

Expect to find this course in good condition, it has been on the occasions I have had the pleasure to visit. Greens very good and fairways / bunkers well maintained. Some tricky holes. Didn't use the clubhouse or catering, so neutral marking here.

Ana amazing rolling course.

This is an inland course that is an excellent test of skill and placement. Several holes you are hitting blind so have to maneuver rather than driver out and bash it down the middle. Very rolling fairways so depends which way your ball will roll when it hits the ground. Made to feel very welcome in both the Pro shop and the Club afterwards. We sat and had a drink out on the benches on the outside area by the 18th green. Very relaxing after the round to chat and chill. Overall give it a try and you will not be disappointed.
