Second time i have played here again with a very poor experience i am sorry to say.

The pro shop staff were helpful and polite but the good news ends there.

Just like last time the course was invaded by chavs. This time on the third tee, once our party had teed of, the kids then ran onto the course, grabbed all of our balls along with the flag and ran away while hurling abuse. They also continued to hurl abuse from the confines of the trees behind a fence.

Again there were numerous dog walkers (with crap not picked up) and more kids throughout the course still hurling abuse etc

Generally the course was good but each time we play, the enjoyment of the game has been marred by the constant distractions of idiots on the course.

I'm sorry to say we wont be returning.

The course is relatively well maintained and not too challenging which was good as I have only just returned to playing golf and a course that is forgiving is a good place to start. The staff were very nice but when we arrived no one was available to validate our booking and give us score cards as the pro was on the course resolving a problem. We thought nothing of it until we encountered said problem. On the third hole, a hoard, a gaggle, a murder? Well, a group of chavs were awaiting our balls as they landed on the fairway...okay the rough, and as they landed they swarmed out of the trees and stole our balls. We tried to call the clubhouse so that they could resolve the problem but no one was answering. We ended up having to skip the hole and walk past the infested trees, whilst being taunted and verbally abused. It really set the tone for the day basically. Putting this round together with the first time we played here a couple of weeks earlier where we encountered even more chavs on the course I would not recommend this course to anyone. Honestly, without this 'infestation' the course would be good.

Course is in good condition somethings confuse me

Clearly a club which wants to be members only. Not exactly the warmest of welcomes, to be honest made to feel like a nuisance as my phones email couldn't open my teeofftimes notification email (the title was clear). Confused to why we were asked to start at the 10th. We had to squeeze into established golf traffic which was busy yet the 1st was quiet. Again being higher handicapped golfers this made us feel in the way. Considering the number of groups the pace of play was good. The course although not spectacular is in very good condition, you would struggle to find greens better than these. Surprised there wasn't many ball cleaners at the Tees and when we did find the odd one they were dry. Course could do with more signage as a couple of holes required quite trek to the next tee as it wasn't overly clear.
