We played on a wet day so taking that into consideration the course played really well, greens were in decent order and fairways, rough and tees all fine. A decent test of a course but very picturesque and the par 3 over the water is a cracker. Well worth the money!

Narrow course. Very busy during the weekend. About as forgiving as a right hook so be prepared for some challenging holes

Despite the recent weather the course is in pretty decent condition. Ongoing drainage work brings improvements year on year. A challenging course with plenty of water to catch out the unwary.

Quite a testing course for the new starters, nice setting plenty of hazards,the greens and fairways were excellent. Nice clubhouse for a pint and a bite to eat afterwards.

First played this course in Feb 06 on a cold and saturated day so never got a good feel for the course,although the location is superb and very quiet.
Played again Mar 07 in good weather but was really disappointed with the course.The greens were full of very crude ruts and the course was still very soggy although in the middle of a dry and mild spell of weather.
The layout of this course also needs to be looked at as you double back on yourself a number of times.
Used 2 for 1 vouchers so we got value for money 25 pound for 2 of us,but I couldnt justify paying 25 pound for 1.
This could be a little gem of a course but it is poorly maintained and looks liable to get waterlogged quite often.
