have played here a few times with a friend , course generally in good condition although after some rain drainage system seemed to be non-exsistant,also as said by other players signage very poor between greens and tees. we both are high handicappers and course was playing well , we both are very sorry to here that course is on the market and sincerely hope that someone will purchase it and do the necessary to bring it up to a high standard again, 4 out of 5

All just to let you know thaty this course closed on the 23rd of September 2016 due to insolvency - it does not look like it will open its gate to the great game again - will keep you posted.

Friendly club and good value. I like the course but there is a problem with signage round the course. In three particular places was 'lost' as where to go. Can be simply remedied. Enjoyable.

Played today on a works golf day and was extremely disappointed. Course was very poor with greens slow and woolly. Fairways either muddy and bare or covered in vehicle tyre tracks and tees in disrepair also. Would definitely never play here again.

Played today. First time since the course was initially 'opened' over 3 years ago. What a difference. Undulating, lots of hazards, but lots of features that allow for serious thought about each shot. Greens had rain on them yesterday, and were pretty good, in some cases, excellent. Loved the experience and would be happy to make this my 'home' course...

Course is very dry, greens are rock hard and it's difficult to stop the ball on them.

Played early on Sunday morning. Course in general was in good order. Tees needed some attention and the course seems to have a problem with clover. Greens putted true but are already very brown in places. There didn't appear to be a watering system so a dry summer could cause problems.
There are some very interesting holes on the course and I feel that it has a lot of potential. It needs more money spending on it though.
At £22 on a Sunday morning I thought it was good value.

The course has lots of potential but is let down by things that could be put right at very little cost. There are some great holes on the course. The tees, fairways, and greens were in pretty good order in general. The greens could have done with a cut but it had been wet over the previous few days. Some of the bunkers could have done with some more sand in them. The main problem was the lack of signage. The holes need proper distance markers on the tees and directions from greens to tees need to be made clearer. More bins are needed along with ball cleaners. Overall a good experience if a little expensive based on the cost of other "Tee Off Times" courses.

First time I've played this course and really enjoyed it. Greens were a little slow, grass on fairways a little long in places, but will definitely play this course again.

Played there Sept 2014, course in poor condition. Fairways had too much grass on, or at least where there was grass. There was too much clover and broad leaf weeds. They appeared not to have been cut properly for some days. The greens were inconsistant in speed with too much grass. Too many hidden hazards for the first time visitor. Too far between green and tee on many holes with poor direction indicators. Generally poor information on course. Overall I was very disappointed with the visit and I may never bother again. There are plenty of better courses in the surrounding areas.

Played this course for the second time, it has matured since i last played here - disappointingly the club house is still situated in a portacabin. There is a good variation of holes throughout the course has been sculptured in man made valleys so it is important to keep to the fairways. The rough is very rough and we only found the odd snake in it!! The greens were in good condition and most had undulations which made putting tough. The fairways needed a cut, clover flowers camouflaged our ball on a number of times. 150yd markers are present but a bigger challenge is moving from green to next tee the course lacks some directional arrows with NUMBERS on!! Good course, needs polish - £22 weekend for visitors.

The course is in great condition, the club is still a porter cabin, they still advertise this great club house they want to built........but doesn't seem to be happening!!, when asking about the club house is got a cocky answer, their are also only 2 or 3 bins around the course, tee not mark up properly........you would think by now they would have proper boards with the correct yards on and information. And we have an increase in golf fees!!!!!.........but I will say still say its a great course.
