The championship golf course is a par 72 for men (ACR 72) and Par 74 for women (AWCR 74). The front nine holes are lined with giant paperbark tea trees that tower into the sky and punish unlucky wayward shots. The back nine holes meander through inland lakes and wetlands - a more links feel - giving the player a false sense of security. The open spaces can draw an errant shot which leaves your ball swimming with the fishes.
The fairways and rough in general are native Couch grass. The teeing areas are a mixture of Kikuyu and Couch. The greens are predominantly Bent grass and create a challenge to even the most talented player.

Good challenging course. Sea level flat course has trouble when it rains. Grass is not very good after rainy seasons. Sand based fairways and greens are not very receptive and greens are cored way too much. If you can get past the conditions or find yourself playing when the conditions are favorable the golf is great! The front 9 will tighten your game up with trouble left and right. Mostly protected from the wind with tight well placed trees will make shot shaping a must. The back 9 lets you open the shoulders and use a bit of muscle but get the wind blowing and the back 9 can become very tough.. A mix of very hard holes and breathers makes for an enjoyable round.

Lovely golf course. Front nine plenty of trouble both sides with trees etc, back nine plenty of water
