One decent hole
Course is boring. One decent hole with the 18th. Now closed due to administration. Won’t be backReviewer Rating

Average
I don’t understand what everyone is raving about. Course is very average and amateur ish. Like it’s has 16 holes and they forgot two so put some really short par 3’s together. Wouldn’t returnReviewer Rating

Confused
Open or closed sort the place out man its a nice track but its way to short for the modern game to be a contender or to be up there with the best around the midlandsReviewer Rating

Middle of the Road
In the Middle of Nowhere but I’d heard a fair bit about it, course played really short, I know it’s running miles but even so it’s a short track, couple of nice holes but most very average, flew round hardly a golfer to be seen, not sure how it’s the top of the MidlandsReviewer Rating

The club just lacks atmosphere. There can't have been more than 5 groups on the entire course which for a bank holiday would concern me as an owner. But for us made it like millionaires golf. Good deal with tee off times but definitely wouldn't pay the 45 pounds booking direct.

Overrated layout, no definition!!
Serious letdown, having wanted to play this course for 2 years, we booked up in February ready for the July comp. The clubhouse/house is stunning and the views amazing but that's not why I'm there, I'm there for golf. very very bland layout greens OK having played some stunners lately, this was average at best. no definition to see where fairways ended and rough started.
18th the feature hole was a stunner but 1 hole in 18 doesn't make it a memorable day out, sadly the 1hr 45mins drive was wasted. I'm sure in 30 years time it will be stunning but it's a new course and very bland.
Practice facility was an overgrown field good for a wedge only and a putting green with no NET either.
Not for me and at £30 I've over paid having played plenty for £20 or less in the opens. I hope you enjoy it more than me :-(

Disappointing
Lovely setting, however the Greens were in poor condition with most on front nine having recently hollow tined.Reviewer Rating
