Awful
Unorganised, greens in shocking condition and the food was disgusting. The prices they are charging are a rip off. The management clearly don't have a clue. They are going through changes but this experience for the money was unacceptable. The place has badly gone down hill since change of ownership. I won't return. And I'd suggest you don't waste your money.Reviewer Rating

Well worth a visit
Played this in their Pairs betterball Senior Open, and because Covid was still in place, things were not back to normal yet. The new clubhouse was due to be finished in April, but is still being worked pn, but it looks like it will be great. In the meantime, the temporary slubhouse is quite good, and food was served outside by two very friendly caterers. Pro shop was quite small, but well stocked, although they are waiting for delivery of some items which will have their new name on them. The club name is changing from Bourn Golf & County Club to Cambridge Country Club. The tee, fairways greens and bunkers were all very good, and pace of play was also reasonable considering we were playing in a Senior Open! Played with a couple of members who felt the fairways were a little on the long side, and that the greens were somewhat slower than they would have liked, but overall nothing too bad.
Difficlult to tell the pricing as the Senior Open is a good deal, but I would certainly recommend the course and facilities, and I'm looking forward to going back.

Decent course
A very decent course to play, expect a bit of traffic if you go mid afternoon. Limited clubhouse facilities, but overall a worthwhile course.(Round played: Oct 2020 - Score: 142 Handicap: 0)

Excellent
Played Bourn for the first time as a reciprocal visitor from another golf club. The golf course is presented in excellent condition and is a very interesting and fun routing to play. Looking forward to going back to see the new clubhouse, the current al fresco bacon wagon was great and I’d be sad to see it go.Reviewer Rating

Bourn, so nice to be back
The course crew have been busy during the lockdown; the condition of the course is great, water in the lakes, fairways trimmed, the rough not really rough, the greens, too good for me, like a billiard table. Still waiting for the lockdown to completely ease, so drinks and food are still very limited.(Round played: Jun 2020 - Score: 99 Handicap: 22.2)

Good enjoyable course
I played at Bourn with my usual golf partner on a nice day just before Easter 2019. We have played here a few times and always enjoy the course. It was in good condition with well cut fairways and consistent greens. The welcome from the staff in the Pro shop beforehand and afterwards from the staff in the restaurant were very good. We enjoyed our food, which capped a very enjoyable day's golf.Reviewer Rating
