Sister course of Augusta. Story was that he modelled this parcel of land BEFORE Augusta to try out his thoughts as he wanted to get Augusta right first time. Boy is this course deceiving. Not very long at all but I dont think I have 4 and 5 putted greens in ten years. Absolutely a marvel. I visited with my cousins husband who's a local and we played all over, POppy Hills Pebble Beach Spanish Bay but this one is a pearl tucked away in the hills. On a par 5 I was actually putting for an eagle 3 with a golden eagle watching me just in tree behind me, how often is that going to happen! Fly there play this when you go to Pebble which is 45mins down the freeway south just off the monterey peninsula 17mile drive. AWESOME
