What the club says: The Mill Course is an 18 hole par 72 championship course and The Spires, a par 3 executive course. The 18 hole Mill Course covers 120 acres, dotted with lakes and gentle mounds delineating each fairway. Every hole has been designed with individual character. The course is set in gently undulating countryside with a variety of medal tees giving lengths from 5319 yards off the Ladies Tees to 6305 yards off the Competition Tees.

The Spires, the Midlands first American specification 9 hole, par 3 course with its rolling terrain and challenging water hazards, still proves to be a demanding test of golf and provides Members and visitors with an opportunity to play all 27 holes. The Spires is a perfect course to get started or brush up on your short game.

Used to be a member here but hadn't played here for 8 years. Pro's good course, Pretty good condition for time of year although there were quite a few pitch marks on greens. Negatives the pro shop is very small looks like it has been added as an afterthought and had very little stock in. Also £ 1.80 was pretty steep for a bottle of water.

Lovely setting, greens had pitch marks on them where people had not bothered to repair them

Good Par 3 course, not busy and great to play for junior golfers. Course is is in decent condition and although not that many hazards to navigate, it will test the accuracy of your wedge play. Greens played quite quickly despite a bit of rain and provided a good challenge.

Good course, not long but an excellent test. The greens were in poor condition which was the only downfall but a significant one.

Very nice course and friendly clubhouse. Played as a visitor and was treated very well by every member of staff. First time on the course and found it entertaining and challenging.
Great day, thoroughly enjoyed my visit.

Course quite wet, although to be expected after recent rains. Bunkers much better since our last visit and nice to see a few of the paths have been refurbished around holes 4 & 5. Tees, fairways and greens all fairly dry, so only punished when it was my own fault for wayward shots etc
On course marshal helped us out big time, when my partners trolley fell apart, so top marks there.

Considering the amount of wet weather we have recently experienced the course was in good condition, no temp greens and fairways played well. The only downside was the greens which were quite bumpy.

Nice course to practice your short game, no bunkers though, quite forgiving however I did loose a few balls in the lake, a little expensive compared to other short courses.

Enjoyable round after starter confusion, steward missing. Green keepers keeping fallen leaves off the course was most welcome, the greens were in good condition, good speed a well kept course which is not too difficult for high handicappers..

Both courses were in great shape as we played on the 9 hole Spires course before heading off on the Mill 18 hole course. Great full english at 7:45am!! helped get the day started on the right note. Clubhouse was modern and one of the more relaxed and enjoyable we've been to. Course in lovely condition compared to years ago when was Seedy Mill. Will definitely be returning at online rate paid.

the course was in good condition but what lets the place down is the bar is not a spikes bar its more like a village hall bar with no suitable seating or provisions for golfers. i was a member of seedy mill before the health club was introduced and it was a proper golf club and i wouldnt consider joining now because of the clubhouse its rubish !!!

Great condition, really enjoyed it, greens looking good after works maintenance earlier in the month. 4 hours 15 mins to get round Surprised how cheap it was when booking online also. Some of the bunkers could have done with a little more sand, but it had rained extensively the evening prior.
Overall very enjoyable can recommend!

Not particularly exciting parkland course. No spectacular holes that you would rush back to play. Greens had been recently aerated and top dressed so putting was a lottery. Would recommend leaving time for them to heal before you play. Lots of slow play with loads of 3 and fourballs on the course. Book online directly with the course for £17 rather than the £25 they will try to charge you if you just turn up and pay. Overall was surprised it rates so highly in top 100 West Midlands courses
