Palheiro is no doubt a difficult golf course, with tree lined, narrow fairways and bunker surrounded greens. The course also offers magnificant views of Funchal harbour and the Atlantic Ocean, which can be seen from many of the fairways and greens. The greens are quick and the fairways are fairly hilly so a buggy may be required. Book a Tee Time

Good course and in good condition. Bunkers could be better - poor sand and very shallow. Greens could have been better.
