Estoril Golf CourseOne of the oldest and best-known golf courses in Portugal, Estoril has hosted the Portuguese Open and Amateur Championships on several occasions. Located near the luxurious resort of Estoril and overlooking the sea, this wonderful course was designed by Mackenzie Ross who made great use of the surrounding pine trees and eucalyptuses. It is a short course at only 5,808 yards but the uneven terrain together with some tight fairways means that accuracy is the key to a successful round here. After your round, you can also enjoy a drink on the clubhouse balcony and take in the spectacular view over the Atlantic Ocean.

Golf course review of Estoril Golf Course

A beautiful golf course overlooking Estoril. It is beautifully maintained and the club pro etc is very friendly and helpful. The Portuguese Open used to be played on this course, before it was moved to the nearby Quinta da Marinha, so the club facilities are better than most non-tournament courses.
