two terrific courses here in a parkland setting with plenty of water. The Bonora track is the harder of the two and we found the back 9 very testing due to numbers water hazards left right and centre. Still plenty of aqua on the Conte course but it's less demanding overall. Both courses in fab shape when we played in June and the clubhouse and restaurant to die for.

Bogogno - Conte course

Visited this venue in June 2023 and stayed onsite in their hotel.

The Conte Course itself was immaculately presented and a fun challenge that I believe would be enjoyed by all golfers due to the wide variety of tee positions available and the variety of different challenges each hole presents. It does host Stage 1 of DP World Tour qualifying school and I can see why! The most memorable parts for me are the 16th green/17th hole which are located either side of a lake which you can attempt to tee off over from 17th tee area and the approach to 18 is both fear inducing and beautiful as there are large bunkers right of the green and a picturesque lake to the left (which I confess I donated a ball to... for future good luck of course...). 13 is another hole where it is set beautifully, a raised tee area to a 160ish yard par 3 which is certainly picturesque. There is a large putting green outside the clubhouse and a short walk to a sizeable driving range with a short game area next to it.

The clubhouse is beautiful with a well stocked pro shop, upper seating area with a gallery view of the lower area, 2 restaurant areas with a sizeable outdoor seating area at both and then large changing room facilities. Everything you would expect from a resort destination with the onsite hotel separate to this clubhouse building. The members of staff were incredibly helpful at each turn, notably our server in the main restaurant who went above and beyond to cater to my partners dietary requirements. For those that wonder if a golfer/non-golfer visit is worth it/works here, my better half doesn't play golf and she very much enjoyed the spa and pool areas whilst I was off golfing.

The hotel sits down the side of the 18th hole of the Bonara course (which I didn't play but looked equally as good in terms of condition when I walked down the side of a few holes one evening after dinner). Modern, decent size rooms and a fully equipped gym and outdoor pool.

Value for money is the only items I didn't give a 10 and that has nothing to do with quality (which is why it still got an 8) but as you find at some resorts the pricing of items throughout can seem a little high.

Highly recommend visiting here, either as a couple or as part of a larger golfing group.
