Renowned as one of the best courses in western France, this cracking links is located in ideal golfing terrain right on the coast. The first 9 holes run through the pine woods protecting you from the sea winds however, there are some tricky, well positioned bunkers to negotiate along the way. The final 9 holes run alongside the ocean where traditional links characteristics come into play on a more regular basis.Course Information

Directions:
On leaving Nantes take the Pont des Trois Continents and carry onto the Boulevard Victor Schoelcher. Pass over the roundabout Point des Marguyonnes and turn right on the D723. Then join the D751 then onto the D758 travel into Bourgneuf en Retz and carry on the D13. Go over the roundabout and turn left on the D758. Once in Beauvoir sur Mer take the D22 and then turn left on the D51. Turn right to take the D38.bs and enter into Saint Jean de Monts. On leaving La Baule take the N171 then exit to join the D213 once in Bourgneuf en Retz turn right on the D13. Pass over the roundabout and turn right on the D758. In Beauvoir sur Mer go over a roundabout and take the D22. Turn left on the D51 and then right on the D38.b2 and enter into Saint Jean de Monts. On leaving La Rochelle take the Avenue de 11 Novembre 1918 and carry on the Avenue du 8 Mai 1945 pass over two roundabouts and enter into Lagord. Drive through Lagord and take the D105. In Bourg Chapon turn left on the D9 and carry on the D10a. Turn left on the D25 and then right into Champagné les Marais turn right on the D50. Once in Luçon take the Route de Champagne (D50) and then right on the Boulevard de L'Océan then the Chemin du Fief du Quart. Carry onto the Rue Travot and then left on the Avenue du Président Wilson. Turn right to take the Route de la Roche (D746). Leave Luçon and carry on the D746 and into La Roche sur Yon. Take the Rue Olof Palme (D746) and turn right on the Rue du Bourg Sous la Roche (D948). Turn left on the Boulevard Stéphane Moreau and continue going straight over the roundabout (Rond-point des L'Hôpital). Go over the roundabout Rond point des Oudairies and turn right on the N2160. Go over the roundabout Napoléon-Vendée and turn right on the N160 pass over the roundabout De L'Atlantque and turn right on the D948. Entering into Challans carry on the Route de la Roche sur Yon (D948) pass over a roundabout and turn left on the Boulevard Jean XXIII. Leaving Challans carry on the Boulevard Jean XXIII. Go over the Rue des Sables and carry on the Boulevard Albert Schweitzer continue going straight on and then turn left on the D753. Travelling via La Gobetiére continue going straight on until entering into Saint Jean de Monts. On leaving Dinard take the D266 travel over the roundabout and turn left on the D168. Once in St.Malo take the N137 then travel onto the N136 and onto the N137/E03 signed for Nantes. Travel through Nantes on leaving Nantes take the A844/E60 leave here to take the D723 (Route de Pornic). Carrying on the D751 pass near to Couëron and onto the D758 via Sainte-Pazanne. Travel through Bourgneuf-en-Retz and on the D13, pass over a roundabout and turn left on the D758 and into Beauvoir sur Mer. Take the D22 and left on the D51 then turn right on the D38.b2 and into Saint Jean de Monts. Saint Jean de Monts is 75km from Nantes, 87km from La Baule, 133km from La Rochelle and 253km from Dinard.
