This is an absolutely amazing course. On arriving the staff will make you feel very welcome and are incredibly helpful. The clubhouse is open to all, members and social golfers included. The course is in excellent condition, no doubt helped by the ban on metal spike shoes. Our round included VIP club hire (Taylor Made or Callaway), Shoe hire, Buggy Hire and a couple of drinks to store in the buggies on board eskie! On the way around the course there is a "waterboy" going around in his cart selling sandwiches, soft drinks and beer - yes a beer on the golf course!!!!
The scenery of the course is also amazing. From big gum trees, small bush and several swamps and lakes as well as smaller creeks there is plenty to occupy the eye as well as the mind.
Just two words of warning - watch out for the bunkers, there are over 100 of them and most are not very forgiving.
Oh yeah, the second word of warning. Well here you go, watch out for the two saltwater crocodiles - one appears to be at the ninth green area and the other between the 10th and 18th - but the staff will tell you of their exact positions on the day.
