Great course, two contrasting and equally interesting 9s. Superb value at £10. I even lost a fitness band which a friendly member subsequently returned.

Front nine still suffering from rain - very waterlogged in places making the ground very soft, and ground strokes tricky. Back 9 always a pleasure to play!

My cricketer's mates and I played Wrangaton moorland 9 late afternoon 09/01/2016 not played it for 5 years. Forgot how great the course is and the amasing views. Every one should at least play it once . If you don't you don't know what you are missing. Great evening and great tea and cake after. Thanks to those who kept the course open.

A great course very difficult front 9 as that. Was my first go on a Morland course but the parkland back is beautiful and greens a perfect ???? very good day and challenging. Will definitely be back ????

Continues to be a strange mixture of Dartmoor front nine (this time in a howling gale) with a parkland second nine. The greens had been heavily spiked (in mid summer?) and made the game a bit of a lottery....

Literally a game of two halves. The front 9 is open moorland shared with sheep cattle and the odd pony. Very challenging as the fairways are very undulating. The greens are however first class and are amongst the best in Devon. The back 9 is open park land and couldn't be more different with a couple of difficult par 3 holes. Overall a interesting course to play. There are good deals on membership as well £295 for full 7 day membership excellent value for money

Love this course. Much prefer the front nine moorland holes as every one is unique. Played today with 3 colleagues and hurricane Bertha and despite the wind it was in great condition. If you are looking for a course that makes you think about every shot then this is the one- A great break from standard inland courses. A course that sums Devon up- Uniquely charming.

Quite a unique course as has 9 moorland holes & 9 parkland holes. The parkland 9 was in better condition as moorland was pretty scruffy and overall not very memorable (apart from some a
animals) On the positive it was very cheap, but I guess you get what you pay for. Very friendly
welcoming staff.
