Westhill Golf ClubWesthill Golf Club which opened in 1977 has proved itself as a popular venue with local golfers, corporate outings and visitors from the rest of the UK and overseas. Facilities include practice ground and putting green. The course is situated 8 miles west of Aberdeen and offers spectacular views of the surrounding countryside and across to Royal Deeside. Views from the course over the easterly Grampian Mountains show The Hill of Fare, Clachnaben (distinctive bump), Mount Keen (the most easterly Munro) and Lochnagar, (of HRH Prince Charles fame).
