Stratford Oaks Golf Club
Stratford Oaks is an 18 hole Par 71 course measuring 6232 yards from the white tees and 5377 yards from the red tees. It has been laid with USGA regulation greens that are manicured to perfection. Wide and long they are big enough to accommodate a slightly wayward approach but fast enough to make you stop and think before putting out.
The cleverly designed course encompasses lakes, ponds, mounds and generous fairways and, whilst Stratford Oaks is an easy walk, as the terrain is only mildly undulating, the challenge can be daunting particularly when the wind blows. Meandering its way through Warwickshire countryside and conservation woodland, with trees providing definition between the holes, the layout avoids the up and down style that some courses succumb to. It is also a delightfully tranquil haven allowing golfers to appreciate their chosen sport in peace and quiet.Contact Information

Nice playable golf course. Greens suffering from something nasty at the moment so putting a bit of a lottery. A fairly flat easy walk round for all abilities.

A nice easy walking course. Although some of the holes might look fairly straightforward, some of them are quite tricky, making club selection off the tee important if you want to score well. Always a nice welcome in the pro shop too. All in all a highly recommended course.

Excellent facilities superb practice range.
The course is nice and flat making for a pleasant round fairways are wide so can really go for it off the tee

Played Friday 18th March 2011. Superb course near Stratford. Very friendly and helpful on arrival. Given all the in's/out's for the course that day including updates on grass cutting the lot. Set off out and found a number of 3's in front of us but never got held up and had very smooth play.
It is a fairly flat course but plenty of fun and challenges. Condition was excellent too. I will return and recommend.

The course was good although not great as it was fairly flat but made interesting with dog legs and strategically placed water hazards. The great thing about this place was how welcoming everyone was and this was not just the staff but other golfers too. Would definitely come back again.

A fair course that is wide open, easy on the legs, and the targets are plenty large enough to aim for. Although not too long and fairly flat there are plenty of things to think about on many of the holes making club selection very important. Excellent value for £15 after midday on a Sat/Sun.
If you lose any balls around here then you're not playing well.

Fairly new course constructed on flat land. Little natural topography, but plenty of ditches, bumps and water to keep it interesting. Several short dog legs that require some course management to master. Rough cut back under trees on the course, making it possible to find balls that stray off line
