Ok course in shocking condition

All courses àre suffering with no rain and heatwave conditions, but Sidcup seems to have given up !
Whole course is stone hard with bare lies all over. Some patches not even bare, just non existent grass.
Bunkers are rock hard with some dust on top. Totally unplayable. Any form of chipping and pitching is not going to happen. Now we come to the greens...or should I say green/browns. Very very patchy. I'be played courses where I ne green to the next are different pace...but not on the SAME green ! Get on green bit, slowish. Get on a Brown bit, fast. God help you if you cross both on one green. £25 for this, remember its only a 9 hole, is grossly overpriced. The range at Pedham place was in better condition, and I don't think they water that a lot. It need a lot more looking after, water it ! Not just the bit in front of the clubhouse.

Decent little course, but not worth travelling out of your way for. Only 9 holes. Worth visiting if you're in the area.

A 9 hole course that can be played as 18. Condition was ok, but was a tad costly for what it was as a 9 hole course. The 8th/17th and the par 3 9th/18th are the highlight holes over water. Staff were brilliant and friendly and the clubhouse was very good.

Excellent facilities, but let down by lack of driving range. Course is fairly well laid out but greens were not in as good a condition as they should be

Worth a visit

A deceptive, 9 hole course. Always a challenge with water on 7 holes. 8th and 9th with approach shots over the river.

I have played this course many times over the years and first played it when the old clubhouse was in use.On my latest visit I was made to feel very welcome by members and officials.I played the excellently maintained 9 holes twice in just over 3 hours. The course was in the best condition I have seen it. Although greens were a bit bobbly on certain holes. Still managed to shoot 90, for me 4 over my handicap.Good value green fee. Would consider the 9 hole membership but for the after 4pm restriction at weekends.

Wonderful course with lots of little tricks and turns. Some lovely water features make it a joy regardless of how well (or poorly) you are playing. The recent addition of some net and a chipping/putting area befor your round make it a course of great value. Excellent food aswell !

A super nine hole course with great use of water hazards. The greens and fairways were in excellent condition. The lunchtime special was very good value for money and enjoyed on the patio overlooking the 18th green. Highly recommended.
