Fairways & greens were in great condition for the end of October making for a testing, enjoyable round. Depending on the direction of the wind club selections for the par 3\'s ranged from an 8 iron to the 140 yard 13th to a 3 wood to the 189 yard 7th! Good course with lots of challenging holes, enjoyed it so much that I have decided to join the Club.

The course is in good condition for this time of year (end October). As others have said this is an inland links and the modest (15mph) wind meant it was still playable (my dad and I both hit our handicaps). The greens where running true and sensibly fast. The course is well worth a game but watch out is you have a draw off the tee as ala lot of holes have O.B. on the left hand side

This course is one for all golfers to enjoy.
It is quite forgiving and over the last couple of years there has been a lot of work done on the drainage for the course and on the greens.
The staff at the course are the most friendly I have
met anywhere.
It is very challenging in the windy weather and can be quite punishing if you are a big hitter of the ball

Fairways in good condition , Greens are fine. The course is abit bland but still good value for money. Driving range has very good facilities. Some of the regualar members need to have a reality check when speaking to other people on the course.

Course very good. No water. Interesting holes. Lots of long grass in the rough though most fairly easy to find the ball in. Clubhouse late opening in the mornings. Practice facilities v good with 20(?) bay auto driving range plus chipping practice greens and bunker and normal practice putting green. Changing room sexcellent. payed £29 for society event which included round on the par 3 course (more like pitch and put - pretty poor) plus coffee and bacon roll lunch 18 holes main course and dinner after. Not very busy considering it was early sat afternoon though course is in the middle of nowhere. Overall, pretty good and a course I would happily play again (though I'd skip the par 3)

despite the very wet weather the course was in good condition. The rough is very demanding but the fairways are spacious
