Course was in beautiful condition and it was really nice and quiet on the Saturday afternoon we played. Other players on course were well behaved and courteous. Staff in club shop and bar were very friendly and helpful.

After having to cancel two previous trips we finally managed to get there on good Friday 2014 and were not disappointed.\As a fourball we had booked 2 rounds using greenfree vouchers which cost us £22.50 each - with buggies at £25 for the whole day the total cost to us was £140 (£35 each) ...Tremendous value.\The course was a little different to many others due to the fact that you need to think about your tee shots not just reach for the driver and thrash it. I found that there was more onus on the approach shot so putting the ball in play was essential as there are plenty of trees bunkers and water waiting to punish an errant drive.\The course was in excellent condition for the time of year with lush fairways and although the greens were hard we soon realised that taking a club less would keep us on the putting surface.\Helpful staff and friendly members as well as a delicious sausage and onion baguette helped to make for a very enjoyable day.\Although 100 miles round trip for me I hope to return to Richmond Park soon and better my scores of 85 and 90 (yes I played well which always helps make the day enjoyable)\David Chipperfield HCP 14

Stayed in one of the beautiful self catering lodges for 2 nights, BBD, fantastic value for money. Full English breakfast and 3 course evening meal included. Food was 5* value. Would recommend to any golfer.

Played this mid october and was blessed with near perfect playing conditions. The course is well maintained with tricky greens to read for speed and line. There are 2 contrasting 9's, the first being across the road and are the newest of the 18. These are mature enough to for you to have to play well. The final 9 are shorter but a real test with some interesting holes where you have to be straight (Which I wasnt!) The 18th is a gem of a dog leg left, great hole to finish with, thank you Richmond Park for a great day out.

Little Gem worth a visit

Very friendly welcome even during the booking process... course was a nice course to play some good challenges. The greens are a bit worse for bird attack in places and a little wet. However they were still good to play. Loved it and will return to play again.

Good course.

There is too much slow play on a daily basis, ready golf should be introduced at all levels.
