Nice break
Had a bed, breakfast and evening meal package. The breakfast was adequate, although the fresh fruit a little limited with tinned oranges, rather than fresh being served. But all else was good and the evening meal had plenty of choices. The Golf was enjoyable despite the scores. The greens were relatively easy to read, and the fairways in good order. The only problem was the geese and ducks. Round the second, third and forth whilst lovely to see have left their mark on the fairways and greens, so beware.(Round played: Jun 2018 - Score: 103 Handicap: 18.9)

Great course worth visiting

Great parkland course
Played this course after lots of rain however fairways were very good, greens were good some were fast with some very interesting holes. A good test for all levels of golfersReviewer Rating

Beautifully set course

Very wet Day
Slightly worse review for the course due to lots of rain meaning a very wet and soggy course and temp greens i was surprised the course wasn't closed to be fair..(Round played: Mar 2018 - Score: 95 Handicap: 19.7)

Good value for money
Overall the golf at Patshull is good value for money. There were 4 temp holes in play but this was no problem, but a lot of mud on the fairways and paths. Greens were in good condition. Food and drink good quality but a bit expensive (hotel prices). In winter, always ask if winter wheels are in operation as they don't automatically tell you when you book.Reviewer Rating

Park Course with Wildlife!
The course is in good condition at the moment very lush and green. Personally found the greens quite slow taking a bit of time to get used to them.Unfortunately we were a two ball immediately after a few groups of members playing a medal. I would not have minded so much if everyone had arrived at the tee on time to play, but when you hear a member say, it's usually 20 minutes late when the starter isn't here, that is not good. I was also shocked to see 6 members at the tee who them proceeded to go as a 2 ball and then 4 ball. This did not help the pace of play. If visiting the resort for a game, I strongly recommend you check with the pro shop if there members are playing and get out beforehand, or ask to be teamed up with another two-ball so you are not waiting at every shot.

I've played at Patshull many times this summer as I work in the area. Great little course challenging in places and always a pleasure. Rich and the young lad in the pro shop are great and always happy to help.

Well worth a visit
My wife and I always try and place this course on my birthday. We used to be members here before moving away. Everyone at Patshull are very friendly and we always get a big welcome from the Senior Pro Richard Bissell. A very good course with a lovely landscape.(Round played: Jul 2017 - Score: 90 Handicap: 17.2)

Used to be a member at Patshull so I am a bit biased, but it is well worth a visit. Richard Bissel the pro is a great chap and very helpfull.
