Golf course review of Owmby Golf Club

When you arrive you will notice the beautiful new club house. It has a very nice pro shop with top of the line equipment and refreshments to take with you for your round. The staff are very friendly, knowledgable and willing to help you. The pro shop now oftens a free custom fit service if you wish to buy new clubs. There is also a bar which is always nice!

The course itself is in immaculate condition! It is very well maintained and well treated. Waitingon the tee wasn't an issue when me and my mate played this course, and even we did have to wait we didn't care! There are plenty of scenic views and wildlife to look at to pass the time on the tee.

The holes themselves present a new challenge each time. My favourite is the par three seventh and 16th. You tee off from a very high hill and the green is protected by a beautiful lake. It is very pleasing on the eye and a test for every level of golfer.

Although there are only nine holes, and you go round twice for eighteen, don't you dare let that put you off. I would go round ten times if I could.

Don't be put off by the fact it's only 9 holes. These are proper, challenging holes which but a fair test. The new green on the long par 4 4th is a particular challenge.

The course is only nine holes, but they are challenging and in very good condition. The greens are well kept and you need to putt well to keep a low score. The course is very well laid out and will pose a challenge for anyone who plays it.
