Municipal Course

Municipal park course, fairly basic winter greens very poor, quite expensive for what it is found Castle Hawk just down the road a much better overall package

Just reopened
This course has just reopened under new management not in the best of conditions at the moment but I think it will improve over time(Round played: Apr 2019 - Score: 80 Handicap: 14.9)

Major TLC required !
I've played this course man & boy and yesterday the course was in the worst condition I've every played it, which was a shame as I was looking forward to playing it. I appreciate we've had a hot summer, and has clearly suffered as result, a lot of the greens were devoid of grass.(Round played: Sep 2018 - Score: 76 Handicap: 12.6)

Whilst being a 'Members course' it is also a municipal pay and play course. Sadly some of the Marland members think they own the course and regularly play in a 'five-some' which delays following players and is aggravating for the more sporting players. Telling-offs don't seem to work.

The course was in very good condition, disappointed that the café was not open, apparently this is the norm, would put me of playing again, Mike, played September 2015, Score 91 Handicap 24.

Greens were very good, Bunkers could do with more sand in them, but overall a good municiple course
