Value for money
on 11th March 2010Nice layout, poor greens, still very wet considering the dry spell we've had. Ok if you cant get a round somewhere else.
on 10th March 2010Good couse although due to time of year March it was quite wet and boggy. It would be a much better round in the dry summer months.
on 10th July 2009Great municipal course, long, hard walk. With great features and interesting holes. Some really testing holes throughout the course/great value for money!

on 23rd March 2009Very scenic course,some long holes which can ruin your card.Course at the moment is very wet at the lower part of the course which again can affect your short game score.
on 16th February 2009course very boggy at the moment, its not been looked after for a while and needs lots of drainage.
on 8th September 2008A long course offering a challenge for most golfers with plenty of water and trees. Gets a little crowded when the weathers nice (green fees are very competitively priced) but generally an enjoyable challenge

on 7th June 2008Great municipal course offering excellent value for money. A really good test of golf with some wickedly undulating greens. Course was in good condition from tee to green and greens were fast and true. My only criticism would be that the score card does not offer detailed hole information showing hazards and yardages which can assist when playing for the first time.
on 29th April 2008Greens were under repair and didn't run true lot of bunkers were under repair. May be toime of year but would have expected course to be there or ther abouts in late April. But did do 18 hole for a fiver on late deal
on 14th July 2007played course in atrocious weather some tees could do with serious work on them but overall a good course
on 28th June 2007a very hilly course only played 3 different courses in the 3 months ive been playing but this is the worst one.
