Eccleston Park Golf Club
The course starts with a testing par 4 of nearly 450 yards. A sizeable lake awaits drives to the left of the hole, which comes easily into play due to the severe dogleg around it. The 2nd hole par measures just under 500 yards and plays into a tight green surrounded by mature trees and out of bounds along the left. The 3rd hole measures just less than 400 yards but plays longer than it as it tightly follows the dense tree line to the right of the hole. Bunkers guard errant drives complimented by a snaking bunker which guards the right side of the green. The 5th 527-yard par 5 is hardly a pushover.

My home course. It is in good condition. It has improved over the last three year. The 7th fairway is still wet in winter despite the improved drainage. Need more work on this fairway

A nicely kept course, fair tees if a little uneven, good consitant greens and a good challenge to all levels of golfer. Fairways generous, except for one or two which enhance the challenge. All in all a very enjoyable round of golf.

This is now an excellant course. There was a lot of building work two years ago. The course has now settled and playing well. In the last two years bunkers have been added to the 6th and 12th. There is a new T on the twelth which makes it a par 5 from the white Tees

Good greens and a decent challenge without being the most interesting course in the world. Pylons are annoying.

good track to play for all levels but can be a bit heavy in places after rain, good club house with a wide range of good food.

Tough course with narrow fairways and long rough. Although the course feels quite short you don't get away with a bad tee shot and the water hazards and bunkers dotted around make it a decent challenge. Fairways and Greens were both in decent order.

Good greens, if you miss the fairways the rough is very difficult, links style. Played there lots of times and it is always windy but well worth a visit

Excellant challenge on a cold and windy day. The wind adds length on most holes.
Players of all handicaps will find it difficult. The greens in good condition even after all the bad weather. Made very welcome in bar later. The Course

this is my own club, the course has gone through some thougher changes over the last 2 years, some holes getting longer and becoming a par 5 instead of 4, it is only 10 years old but looking good at the moment, the greens are excellent, fairways need abit of work, but some of the holes are quite testing the 1st is a tough one and there is water on about 4 holes. small farm type clubhouse, but very friendly.

My dad has a free year membership at Eccleston, so i cant really rate the value for money but when the course is in good condition we usually pay £18 for buggie. The course in a bit of reconstruction but the course is in general good condition but one thing i did find was some of the bunkers did not have a enough sand in them so it was like hitting of a stone path.

Flat and open which is expected from a young course, many of the fairways are up and down alongside each other however in years to come once the trees have matured it should be better.
Good friendly welcome and atmosphere and some good designed holes.
Great for keeping your swing "in the zone" and a reasonable challenge. The Course

first time on this course today. i found in parts the course was well looked after
but in others not so good. mainly due to players not replacing divots or repairing pitch marks. but overall not a bad course
there is still work going on with trenches being dug.
helpfull and friendly staff. and as for the rakes you had to carry one around with you
